<p><b>New page</b></p><div>The documentation Center of Cariri – CEDOCC is a research and archive center that gathers documents of theXVIII, XIX and XX centuries, regarding the Cariri region, located in the south of Ceará state. The CEDOCC main activities are: reception of historical documentation from government institutions, or from particular and private ones; cleaning, preservation, reading and elaboration of sources catalogs; study groups; visits scheduled for elementary and high school students of public and private schools.<br />
The collection contains criminal cases, civil cases, inventories and newspapers. The aim of the modernization project is to digitize the existing documentary collection in the CEDOCC; and strengthen the historical research about the Cariri and the Northeast region.</div>Dan
