Searching on the Title field

To search on particular fields, enter in the Search box the field name followed by a colon ( : ) followed by the search text.

The following table gives the fields for archival descriptions that can be searched. The left-hand column shows the field label as it appears on screen; the right-hand column its field name for search purposes. Fields are grouped by their area of description on the Edit screen.

  • Field labels are given as they are on the screens that ship with ICA-AtoM. If your system administrator has customized the field labels in your ICA-AtoM application, these may be different than what appears on your screen.
