  1. Open a taxonomy and click term to edit
    Click "Add > Term" in the main menu.
  2. ICA-AtoM takes you to the taxonomy terms list page showing all existing taxonomies.

  3. Click the taxonomy you want to edit to expand it and view the terms associated with it.

  4. Terms that appear in black with a lock icon are locked and cannot be edited.

  5. Terms that appear in blue can be edited; click an editable term.

  6. Add/revise data as required.

    See term data entry for detailed explanations and notes on fields.

  7. Edit the term and save
    You can quit the edit process without saving changes at any time by clicking the "cancel" button in the button block.
  8. Click the "save" button to save the changes.
