To search on particular fields, enter in the [[Glossary#Search box|Search box]] the field name followed by a colon ( : ) followed by the search text. The following is the list of the fields for [[Glossary#Archival description|archival descriptions]] that can be searched with the exact wording that must be entered as the field name. Searching on the Title field


To search on particular fields, enter in the Search box the field name followed by a colon ( : ) followed by the search text.

The following table gives the fields for archival descriptions that can be searched. The left-hand column shows the field label as it appears on screen; the right-hand column its field name for search purposes. Fields are grouped by their area of description on the Edit screen.

  • Field labels are given as they are on the screens that ship with ICA-AtoM. If your system administrator has customized the Field labels in your ICA-AtoM application, these may be different than what appears on your screen.
