Phd. in History (El Colegio de México, 1999). I worked during 10 years on the National Archives of Mexico, in charge of the National Register of Archives (2000 - 2003) and as Research Director (2003-2010). Now I am living in Caracas, Venezuela, working as researcher on the Instituto de Investigaciones Históricas (Bolivarium), Universidad Simón Bolívar and as profesor on archives and Mexican History on the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
