Release 1.1

Release 1.1 is the first non-beta release. A lot of coding and testing has gone into this release in order to include some new cool features like permalinks or support for import/export SKOS and EAC-CPF files, as well as fixing some outstanding bugs. We have done an special effort to provide an stable release.
