3. Bekijken, navigeren / bewerken

1. Indien je navigeert naar een record vanuit het resultatenscherm, dan laat ICA-Atom het volledig zien in een nieuw scherm. De scherm titel laat zien welk type entiteit je bekijkt: archivistische beschrijving. geautoriseerde beschrijving, archiefinstelling, of term
2. Het scherm laat alle velden zien dat gegevens bevat voor het betreffende record; lege velden worden niet getoond. Lange beschrijvingen kunnen mogelijk buiten het navgiatie scherm komen; gebruik de scroll pijl voor toegang.
3. De[[Context menu box/nl|Context menubox laat links zien naar gerelateerde records. Indien het gaat om een archivistische beschrijving (getoond), bevat deze tevens links naar de archiefinstelling dat het materiaal bewaard, de makers [[[Authority record/nl|geautoriseerde beschrijving]], andere archiefbeschrijvingen in de hiërarchische orde, en digitale objecten geassocieerd met een lagere beschrijvingsniveaus. Niveaus in de hiërarchie kunnen worden uitgeklapt om te worden gezien of verborgen. Het betreffende record wordt altijd gemarkeerd. Klik op een van de blauwe links om te navigeren naar een ander record.
4. Om het record te bewerken moet je ingelogd zijn als een gebruiker met minimaal contribuant rechten. Klik op de [[Log in link/nl|inlog link] en geef je email adres en paswoord. Gebruik voor de demo de email "demo@ica-atom.org" en als paswoord "demo". Druk op de inloggen knop
5. Eenmaal ingelogd kun je gebruik maken van de bewerkmodus door te klikken op de titelbalk aan het hoofd van het record (getoond) of bewerk knop aan de voet (niet getoond).
