[http://memorybc.ca MemoryBC.ca] provides access to descriptions of archival materials held in repositories throughout the province of British Columbia, Canada. The site is run using ICA-AtoM and managed by the [http://aabc.ca Archives Association of British Columbia] (AABC). The AABC allows its institutional members to add and edit their archival descriptions in the MemoryBC portal. This tutorial is used in workshops held throughout the province to prepare users for data-entry.

Training on AtoM was provided for all participants and addressed the features and functions of the software for public users, archivists and administrators.
